Does bfp after 12dpo REALLY happen?

I know it is possible but in reality how many women who are pregnant actually get a bfp after a bfn at 11/12 dpo?

I had a bfn 9dpo got my bfp on digitals and line at 12dpo. 12 weeks pregnant now

It can definitely happen. I’ve seen several posts by women who didn’t test positive until several days after they missed their period! Everyone’s bodies are different. Don’t count yourself out until AF arrives

I got one at 4dpo and then I took note after up until 8dpo they were all negative I took a test yesterday morning at 12dpo and it was strong positive 💞

Yes it does happen. I was testing negative till 4 days after my missed period. Note my cycle is 30days and when I finally got my positive it was very faint. Went for blood test but my number was very low but eventually increased. My Dr said may be I ovulated late and baby at first scan was measuring 2weeks behind so the changed my due date base on baby’s measurement not with my period. Now my baby is measuring 2weeks ahead and I ask the Dr if am going back to my previous due date since baby is measuring ahead and she said no but is 2weeks take or add.  So I might have my baby 2weeks early and if not I will be getting induced at 39weeks.

I did and I’m 16 weeks pregnant now. Literally the day before I took a test and got nothing but something told me to take the test the next day and it came back positive. It was definitely faint though.

I have a 33 day cycle and didn't get a positive until 12dpo and it was faint. By 14dpo it was a blazing BFP. However, that pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 6 weeks, so I wonder if my HCG was low all along and was an indicator that I was going to miscarry.

I did, but have short cycle: only 23/34 days. 12 dpo was the day before my missed period
