Flu vaccination at 5 ish weeke?

Hi,
My gp recommended that I have the flu vaccination. I'm only 5 weeks 2 days and I'm almost sure I was told to wait until after 12 weeks in my last pregnancy. Has anyone any experience of this? Thanks!

Here’s some actual scientific information on the flu vaccine. It is safe as are all vaccines. The Flu while pregnant is way worse than the sore arm from the vaccine.

I got mine. My OB recommended doing so. Having had the flu one year when I was “too busy” to get the vaccine 🙄 Well, I learned my lesson and I’ll NEVER be too busy for it again. IT WAS THE WORST!!!

It’s perfectly safe, I for mine at 8 weeks and it was perfectly fine.

I have never gotten the flu shot and never will. I am pregnant and I declined it. But if u do want to get it, wait till u r further along. But by then it will b spring and y wont need it. It's not necessarily necessary.

I had a glue shot around six weeks. It is perfectly fine. That’s less risk than getting the flu while pregnant. The doctor wouldn’t recommend something that’s unhealthy or that would place you or the baby at risk
