Late every month

My period is late every month damn near....does this happen to anyone else, I’ve had all types of test and scans done and everything comes back normal, blood test come back normal but yet I’ve been having these 35-41 day cycles for the past few months I know I’m ovulating my period is coming late and my period is light not heavy when it comes, once again my period is late 3 days I’m afraid to test cause I don’t wanna see a negative but I spotted on 8 and 9 dpo I was hoping it was implantation bleeding cause aunt flow has not showed up, I don’t understand what’s going on!!!!
