Abdominal ultrasounds dont give as good of a picture as vaginal. Could be the issue if yours was abdominal... also some medical offices have higher quality machines.

I took a video of my ultrasound for my husband and then I took screenshots at the clearest points. Looks much better than the one they printed for me!
