How much is too much blood?

I started my period today and my periods lately have been very heavy. I usually have pretty heavy periods but today i went through a super plus tampon in just an hour and started leaking through it. Should i be concerned/ go see a doctor? When should it start to be concerning with how fast you go through tampons/pads? This is my flow even on ibuprofen (which helps slow my flow down).

My cramps are also like hell too but that’s nothing new.
