Is this a bad sign
4 weeks and 4 days. With no morning sickness. I had the worst morning sickness ever with my son but we didn't find out to 6ish weeks with him. Is it a bad sign I don't have any real symptoms like sore breasts or morning sickness yet? I'm worried it means my hcg isn't rising
