Is this normal?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and I have had several braxtons hicks today which isn't normal for me I usually don't have more then a couple a day but today I've had 6 so far I also had a weird spell I got super dizzy and nauseous all at once and super hot and my face got flushed and I felt super weak my question is should I be worried?

Body is probably just getting prepared. I am 37 weeks and went into early labor last week and have been having the same thing all week. As long as you’re not leaking fluid or having painful contractions I’d say 5 minutes apart, I think you’re probably just feeling your body prepare itself. But it doesn’t hurt to call L&D and just ask them. Just let them know what’s going on. You may also be dehydrated. That’s actually what put me into early labor and it hasn’t stopped
