Blood disorder

I will be 23 tomorrow and now that I’m getting older and I’m madly in love with my boyfriend me and him have thought about children. I really want kids one day but my biggest concern is there health. I have hereditary spherocytosis meaning my white blood cells attack my red blood cells so I get blood transfusions every four weeks. Due to my blood disorder I have other health issues such as an enlarged liver, jaundice, and I have high iron. I been in and out the hospital all my life and I’m praying my future kids don’t get what I can do. I was wondering does anyone have spherosytosis or knows anyone with it or even with sickle cell so I will know I’m not the only one out here 😕
