Every baby is different get both and give it away if you have to 🤷🏻‍♀️ , I had a mama too and a front to back swing gifted to me by the same person. She knew she’s a mom of
5 lol. My baby only liked the mamaroo and would projectile vomit in the front to back swing. Whereas my cousins granddaughter hated the mamaroo and they had to buy a front to back swing.

while i’ve heard some people love the mamaroo, i’ve decided against it. for the money, i think a fisher price or graco swing would work better for my baby. some reviews i’ve found say it’s not fast enough or loud enough(if it plays music) or doesn’t do enough to comfort the baby.

My daughter hated the mamaroo. She liked being swung front to back not side to side. So I wouldn’t recommend the investment unless you are okay with it maybe being a waste 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
