Can you lose a pregnancy without any bleeding???

Hey everybody. So I got my first positive last Wednesday and they’ve been getting progressively darker every day. Well today I took a test and it’s MUCH lighter than the others. I had a tiny amount of light pink spotting mixed with cm on sat sun and Monday. So I had my first dr appointment Monday and they did a urine test and confirmed pregnancy. The dr also said light spotting is perfectly normal. Is it possible to have lost the pregnancy without any bleeding?? (The first few tests were with afternoon urine, last few were with afternoon urine, and this test was with night urine) *also want to add that I have been drinking 3x as much water in the last 3 days than I ever have because I want to be as healthy as possible* has anyone experienced this? I’m so confused
