Twins or random spot?

So I got a vaginal ultrasound on Monday and this girl was kinda rude. First she didn’t put enough lube on it and it hurt and she’s like it’ll be fine. Then when she moved it I seen something behind the the sac of my baby. It was dark and I only caught a glimpse I asked her what it was and she’s like nothing. ( it took like 10 mins for the whole ultrasound) Anyone else have this happen and they have twins?

My bladder looked like that in most of my scans with my first. I’m sorry you had a bad experience! I loved our first US tech and at the end if my pregnancy for my very last US I had a girl who was very unfriendly and rushed us. She even opened the door to the room before I even had my pants back on and left it open. 🤦‍♀️🙄 I was 37 weeks pregnant and had a scan to show size of our girl bc she was measuring so big, so it wasn’t a bad scan but I definitely hope I have a different US tech this time around!

Definitely looks like just the one. You'd have another sac or see two in the same one.
I'm sorry you had such a bad experience at your scan though. Not quite sure what that mass is

Just the one. Your circled spot looks like either the bladder or a small SCH which is very common in first trimester.
