Anyone else feel like it doesn't feel real?

Question

I'm a FTM and I'm 21 weeks. I've had my anatomy scan, I've been feeling movements and kicks since 13 weeks, I have the nursery finished, I listen to the heartbeat on the doppler once a week, but I swear it just still doesnt feel real that theres an actual human being inside of me! Anyone else feel this way? Its just so surreal. I feel like I wont believe it completely until hes here. 😅

Yeah and sometimes when the baby moves I think it’s a big fart coming even though I can clearly see it’s him 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel the exact same way.  I feel like it won’t actually hit me until i push my baby out and they hand him/her to me.

Same! I've only just started feeling some kicks here and there (I'm also due June 20th) but even though we've seen baby multiple times and we keep buying things, I don't really feel like there's a baby in there 😅

I feel the same, calm baby in there but my doctor said those flutters are going to turn into kicks pretty soon. Also, took a breastfeeding class and now feel like it's going to get real quick. 😋
