Any advice for sleeping?
I’m currently 24+1 and all of a sudden struggling to sleep!
I’ve been told by my midwife to start sleeping on my left side, hard to get used to cause I naturally sleep on my right, half on my tummy. I’ve been trying my best to sleep on my left side, even got a tri pillow to prop up my tummy and legs. But still struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep! Doesn’t help that baby boy likes to stretch his legs from 4am onwards. 🙄
Doesn’t help that it’s uncomfortably hot at nights at the moment, can’t wait for it to start to cool down.
Anyone have any advice for sleeping at this stage of pregnancy? ❤️
