Epidural

Is anyone else terrified of getting an epidural. This is my first pregnancy and I’m legit afraid. I’ve seen natural birth videos and epidural birth videos. The moms look so much more relaxed in the epidural birth videos than in the natural birth ones so I’m leaning towards an epidural but I am afraid of actually receiving the epidural. What if I can’t sit still while they’re trying to insert the needle? Has anyone else had this phobia? How did you get over it?
