Gushing fluid and blood at 12 weeks

Asia

Update: I got the courage to get out of bed and shower. Got a bit of back pain going on but the blood is almost non existent. First wipe was brown discharge. Second and third were very light spots of pink. So the scary blood scene is over 🙏🏽

I’ve been having severe back pain and pains around my left ovary for over a week now. My doctor said it’s possibly a kidney stone but I was thinking nerve pain. Ultrasound and all was good so we weren’t very concerned with baby doing amazing. And everything around was good also. So today this pain was excruciating. I laid on a heating pad on low all day, didn’t leave the bed once this morning besides to get a bowl of cereal (hate hunger pains). Later on around 9pm I got a stabbing pain where my bladder would be. Felt like someone kept sticking me in one spot with a tiny needle. Then there came a gush all in my bed of yellow fluid. Got up freaking out and had on no bottoms so I could continue feeling everything rushing down my legs. Screamed for my mom and she noticed blood mixed in with the fluid. At that point it was becoming even more blood. We rushed to the ER. I’m just bawling and praying to god because I had just heard the heartbeat an hour prior to this on my Doppler. In my mind I’m thinking “what could change in a hour????”. I am suffering from a uti (was prescribed antibiotics two days ago) so the first thing thing they did was get my urine and check for the heartbeat. First nurse couldn’t find it and I was on the bed just feeling like my life was slipping away. Second nurse came in and found it in about 2 minutes. Strong and fast. And I just bawled again. There’s nothing like feeling like you won’t ever hear it again. From there they called my doctor and he said to come in ASAP in the morning to get a ultrasound and test to see if it’s amniotic fluid. Currently getting small gushes when I stand up. So I’ll be checking the heartbeat before I go to bed and before I go to the doctor tomorrow. Please send prayers my way. And if anyone has been through the same please let me know how your situation went. Do you think more could’ve been done while at the hospital?
