I need some advice

I had an abortion in early January, I’ve been pretty messed up about it since and I swore off sex for the time being. But I’m in college and after a night of excessive drinking I had sex with one of my friends we used a condom but I’m almost positive it broke. I’m terrified I’m pregnant again and I don’t know if my period hasn’t come back because of the abortion or because I’m pregnant again. Does anyone know how long it takes for your period to come back after an abortion. I’m too scared to take a test and I don’t feel like I can confide in anyone to take me to the store to get a test because I just had this happen and it took a toll on my friendships. I’m just so embarrassed that I put myself in yet another bad situation from being reckless. Im so anxious and it’s just bring back all of the intense sadness I was dealing with right after it happened. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
