Is this herpes or just a break out and my nose has been like this too the weather has been changing Juristically and I’ve been blowing my nose a lot and it feels super dry. And under my lip the one farthest to the corner of my lip does feel a little raised and hurts a tiny bit to touch but only at the top and also around my entire mouth have been feeling really irritated
