Why won't I just go to sleep already.?? My eyes burn and I really do want to be sleep but I just will not shut down. Probably because I'm so anxious.

Do you have an oil burner? Lavendar helps reduce anxiety and promotes sleep. Chamomile tea helps a bit with both too, i bought a pregnancy bump box for sleep (in uk) it has these, positive sleep affirmations (you can look these up online free too) its so hard for us to sleep at this stage i am trying all of the relaxation bed time tips to help  there are lots online too. It suggests having a bath or shower an hour or so before bed, and switching off blue light screens then doing some reading instead before sleep. To keep a notepad and pen next to your bed so you can empty your thoughts to calm your mind. Good luck, lack of sleep sucks!

Last night was miserable. I had to sleep on the couch but ever 2 hours had to switch spots on the couch. I can't handle many more nights like this 😭
