What’s going on?

First let me say I do have an appointment to see my dr on the 20th to get blood work done.

So let me get to my situation... My last period was December 25, according to the app i am 23 days late. Back history I’ve had 2 previous pregnancy’s both my hcg doesn’t show up quick like most women. Yesterday on day 22 late I started spotting, well it really wasn’t much at all and only when I went to the bathroom and not every time I went to the bathroom. Last night nothing, so far today nothing. Has anyone else ever have this happen to them?
