Did I miscarry?

So according to glow, I’m going on my 7th day of my period being late, but last night after my husband and I had sex I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a little bit of brown (I’ve been spotting for a few days) and one super tiny bright red dot. It was squishy to the touch but it was like smaller than the white part of my fingernail. I just got off birth control January 25th. What do you guys think?
