Postpartum vagina/husband stitch?

I know you have a smell after birth, it smells like something died down in your vagina BUT my question is when does the smell go away, i am overall very clean. I shower daily and I use my squirt bottle while using the bathroom and in the shower just to make sure I get everything clean down there. I don’t use soap on the inside but I do use it on the outside, and on my bum... but. just basic dove bar soap. I’m 4 weeks post partum, and the smell is still there, it’s driving me nuts! Also, when you get stitched up... I’ve read what they call the “husband stitch” what is that? Where is that stitch and I’m going to assume the cause is to make you tight for sexual purposes in benefit to your husband/spouse.
