Yeast Infection or something else?

So my friend is telling me about her hoe adventures as a newly single girl and how she doesn’t use protection with any of her new guys. She’s been complaining to me about itchiness and these bumps she has inside her vagina. I looked at the picture she sent (isn’t that what friends are for?) They’re not really “bumps”, it’s more like a yellowish Infection looking substance that looks like it travels deep into her vagina. I’m not looking that deep into her, i love her but nah. Anyway, she’s not complaining of discharge like you would expect with a yeast infection, just itchiness and the “bumps”. I’m not sure how to help her other than to tell her to go to a doctor, which she won’t do. What do you guys think?
