Razor bumps

Any tips on how NOT to get razor bumps and ingrown hairs??? Not ready to get waxed so I’m sticking to shaving. I use dove soap to shave with and coco butter as a moisturizer after. Im always getting razor bumps and painful ingrown hairs ; any tips????
