Any tips?
I want to be at 150. That’s my entire goal. Last time I checked I was at 216. I know it’s a lot of weight I want to lose but I feel I can do it. I just gave birth 2 months ago so I’m really self conscious. I just need a workout plan and to eat healthier. I want to lose my lose skin as well. Any tips? I have no actual date as to when I want to be 150 but I do want to get to that weight. 🙂
