Weird period

My periods have recently been good normal flow normal everything but my period started the 11th at around 3pm (I log all my periods on my notes to put my own details down) and on glow anyways my period was super duper light and brown (meaning old blood so I waited) well I was able to go to sleep with nothing on no pad or tampon just my shorts the next day was basically the same except it was a little less light but still super light and brown today i had super dark almost black spotting but only twice and then I haven’t had it again until I had sex and afterwards when I went pee and wiped it was back to super light brown super light spotting and seriously a little tiny speck of a light red? What could this be? I’m out of town so I can’t see my dr till I get back in.
