Hey ladies! I need your input: my husband thinks it’s smart to wait to see a doctor until weed is out of my system in fear of a cps case opening. We live in Texas so it’s not legal and we already have a daughter which is why he’s nervous.

Have any of you, preferably Texas residents, have anything happen when docs found out you tested positive for weed and already have a child?

I tested positive with my first but they just told me as long as she tests clean when she was born (she did) they wouldn’t call cps. But they did inform me that it’s policy to call cps when the baby tests positive.
