LO with sensitive skin!

Does anyone have any home remedies for baby rash? My daughter Cecilia has such sensitive skin. I took her to the doctor about 2 months ago, because she had a horrible rash everywhere! The doctor told me to start with a little hydrocortisone and lots of aquaphor and it cleared it right up! Unfortunately, it came back on her face, and I’m finding hydrocortisone and aquaphor aren’t clearing it up this time. It doesn’t seem to be bothering her at all, I just know I wouldn’t appreciate it on my face! The doctor said steroids would likely be out next step, but I’m hoping to avoid that, or at least try some other options first. Anyone have any experience with sensitive baby skin? Here’s fine pics!

I was trying to cover her eyes from the flash, and she was cracking up!! Thought it was the funniest thing! Love my girl!
