Weight lost tips
I’m dedicated for next 3 Months to lose atleast 15-20 pounds
Only thing is i can’t go to a gym to work out because i have a lot going on and i have a 16 months old baby girl and I’m the only one that takes care of her
So Please Pleasee any tips I’ll appreciate it a lot
I Currently weight 140 pounds and I’m 5’1
Weight Goal 125-120
