Wanting to move!

Hey mamas!!

The husband and I are planning to move to California (from Missouri) this year. We have an almost 2 yr old and one on the way due september 7th. I have family there and we are so looking forward to starting fresh with our family! We can hardly tolerate Missouri anymore!! I’m posting because I’m wondering if any mamas on here are from the rio Linda/sacramento area?? And what is the best way to get medical records switched to a different state? Thanks!!
