Hey everyone! I had the Paragard for 6 months. I got it removed because of extreme pains. But the same day I got it removed I got Kyleena inserted(2/11/19). I got it done on my period. So now I’ve noticed a few weird things. I get really dizzy a lot, I’m nauseous most of the day, and I’m cramping a lot. I know all those things are normal. But the weirdest thing. When I look at my pads. There are little black/grey flecks on them. This is very tmi but they almost feel like sand. I was wondering if anyone else had this happening to them. If it doesn’t stop in a day or two I’m going to call my OB
