Iud removal pregnancy?

So I'm getting my iud removed today because it turns out it is misplaced and today is my highest peak on ovulation and I had sex yesterday and the day before yesterday and he finished in me both times. 
Chance pregnancy? 
I've read that pregnancy can happen? So I'm not sure. I am gonna ask my doctor right now but I wanna see what you guys think........

I've gotten my nexplanon removed in October , some women can concieve immediately others may take 3 months up to a year for you hormones and fertility to get back to normal , me and my guy have been having unprotected sex since September before I got my implant removed. I have not had any positive pregnancy test so I you might just have to take sometime to get your body back in order. Do not rush it, you want to make sure your body is capable of being able to carry your child.

If its misplaced then it isn't protecting you against pregnancy anyways so your chances are high cuz it's like having sex without it at all.
