Ok my partner is 21 and his brother is 26 years old. I just found a constructed will and POA in both their names granting their mom EVERYTHING. We’ve been together for 4 years and lived together 3, common law. His brother is recently engaged and live together, common law.

It honestly looks like she attempted at forging his brothers signature on one of the multiple copies. They have not seen it.
