IVF... help!

Just got back from the dr this morning. I’ve now done 16 days of IVF stems, one of the longest my office has had. I only have follicles growing on the left side, all my right side stoped growing around 10mm. I’ve had about 2.5 times the amount of the average IVF cycle, which is just an insane amount of meds. So I will trigger and then have retrieval on Sunday. They are hoping to get about 5 total. I hope they will all be mature, fertilize, and make it to day 5. Such a long and exhausting process and I can’t help but feel defeated already. Anyone else how good luck with low numbers?
