How do you guys stay strong in social situations
I’m on the very beginning of my weight loss journey. I do well on the days where I’m home and not around all the temptations. But I’m having a lot of trouble in social situations. Especially where alcohol is involved. We get together with family and friends at least once a week and there’s usually lots of food and wine/beer. How do you guys stay strong? I’m disappointed in myself after Valentine’s Day yesterday. I had a few drinks and some junk food while at a concert with my husband and our family. :/ I’m only 4’11 and have 50 pounds to lose, one cheat day can slow my weight loss way down.
