Is this a positive??

I'm new to opk's and I've been using Meijer brand and they are kinda hard to read but this has been my darkest one yet and I normally ovulate around this time. My temp dipped low for a day and then it spiked back up. Still haven't had ewcm but it's super watery. Is this a positive opk's??
