Natural FET - no E2 rise, long cycle

I had my egg retrieval on 21st Jan. It was a freeze all cycle so withdrawal bleed started on 26th which is exactly the day our nurse predicted it would start. We went straight into a natural FET cycle and it’s not going well 😔 These are my E2 numbers so far -

Day 9 -180

Day 12 - 90

Day 16 - 138

Day 19 - 119

After the second blood test our nurse said it’s probably going to be a long cycle. I was ready to throw in the towel and cancel right then and there, mainly because this process is heart breaking and I’m over it. This will be our 4th embryo transfer. Somehow we persevered and we’re just not making any progress. At this rate, it’s looking like at least a 49 day cycle or longer and our nurse said they’ll cancel in a week if the numbers don’t start to go up.

I’m mostly venting here, I don’t know how much more bad news I can take. I’m also wondering if anyone else has experienced the same? Super long cycles after IVF?What if I don’t get another period for months?
