Progesterone pessaries

Due to do a pregnancy test tomorrow after my first fresh round of IVF and have noticed thay my boobs are huge and a bit sore. Also that I have a lot more noticable veins on them than usual. Then last night I could see 2 little white spots on one of my areola. Could all this be due to the pessaries or is it a good sign?
