PIO shots by yourself
anyone self administer PIO shot? Hubby will be away during my window of time and I might have to do it myself he might just be able to make it home. My nurse said 30 minutes after window will be fine but if I can do alone at my usual time she would prefer! Any tips or advice? Laying down standing or sitting? How have you done it alone? Watched some videos.
