Little by little
Even tho I know this isn’t a major amount of weight, it’s a start and I feel so much better about myself for doing it.I started at 185.5lbs on January 13th and I’m as of February 17th I am 172.6🤷🏼♀️I’ve been dieting and exercising almost everyday.Haven’t been able to exercise much lately because I’ve been very sick.Im around 5ft 5 btw.
