Face washes? Body care etc?

I just found out I'm pregnant. I use Nozema faxeways and seldom blue for my hair and whatever body wash is on sale. Should those be ok.

I would google everything, go all natural. With all of the crazy chemicals in some of this stuff these days, you never know how you’re harming yourself or your child. 
Definitely switch to an all natural charcoal body wash or something with only a few ingredients, as body wash does get into your body in the shower through your vagina. Don’t want anything to have weird chemicals and get up there somehow.

I was always told anything is fine including makeups because it's not getting into your blood stream and your not ingesting it
