I now have a baby girl who's one week today, but her birth was a bit less than ideal. I ended up being stuck at a 9 for a while so I was told c section was a possibility but ended up having a painful vaginal birth with a vacuum. My thing is that I had asked maybe two hours beforehand for a nurse to refill my epidural, only for her to come in a while later saying she forgot and then another hour passes where she rushes to put it in because I'm starting to push. Is this at all normal or was I just not told something?
