Are prenatals really necessary?
I don't have the best diet, especially since becoming pregnant but I never really worried too much about it. I'm vegan and try to eat balanced meals as often as I can. I started off taking the rainbow prenatals, but stopped taking them cause I started throwing up afterwards. I tried taking them with juice and food. The vitamins were great at helping me get through the first trimester, but now im wondering how essential they really are.. it's been about a month since I stopped taking them. Any mamas that didn't take prenatals and have perfectly healthy babes?
