Involuntary finger movements

I’m 22, and also 25 weeks pregnant. For the last month or so my fingers have felt extremely weird. No pain but they twitch and also they move down and in wards kinda, by them selves. It is starting to worry me and I will be bringing it up to my doctor on Monday but in the meantime has anybody else had this? Can I be laking something?
