After O pelvic pain 🔴

So the other night I had a dream I started bleeding slightly half way through my cycle, and now 3 days - 4 days after ovulation I’ve had not had cramps on the left side of my pelvic but they’re pretty mild enough for me to know they are intact there, almost like the start of AF coming, has anyone else had this and been pregnant?
