If you need a good soup to clean you out - this is it! 😂 it was sooooo good - we stuffed ourselves FULL!

Family size pack of 3 cheese tortellini

1 lb Bison ground meat

1 onion

1 large can of diced tomatoes

1 regular sized can of tomato sauce

1 box of chicken stock

1/2 cup of half and half

Freshly grated Parmesan

Fresh basil

Fresh rosemary

Oregano

Garlic

Salt & Pepper

I made the bison into little meatballs and just seasoned them how I would with regular meatballs! Cooked them in the pan with olive oil first! Then threw everything in the soup pot to be cooked together! We cooked until veggies were tender!
