13w (tomorrow) + a dreadful cold!
Can’t sleep, waking up every hour to breathe and blow my nose. Finally got the clear to take Sudfed PE today and I’m in heaven. I mean, this 5-day cold is still kicking my butt, yet these meds are significantly helping more than Tylenol was. I also started a peppermint oil in my diffuser last night and it helped me to at least fall asleep.
Any other at-home remedies you guys have done?
