Severe pelvic girdle pain experiences?

I think I am having severe pelvic girdle pain. I just want to hear your experiences with it.

Mine started at 18 weeks and got worse as my pregnancy progressed. The day after delivery it was gone. Some tips: don’t stand on one leg ever. Sit down to put underwear, pants, socks, and shoes on. Shave your legs sitting down, don’t lift one leg up. When getting in and out of the car keep your legs close together and swing both legs out or in at the same time. When getting in bed sit at the edge put your legs close together and swing them together into and out of the bed. Getting out of bed, roll on your side then sit up with legs together and swing them over the side together. Walk with shorter strides and go slower. Do not run, do squats or lunges, that can aggravate the pain. A pregnancy belt helped me some I got one off of amazon. If you can, get in a pool or huge bath tub that was the only time I didn’t feel the pain. I was pregnant in the summer so I sat in the pool all day when I was off work lol. Don’t cross your legs and if you sit at a desk job look into a lumbar pillow to sit in to help keep your pelvis and spine properly aligned. Also you are able to take Tylenol so definitely get some! I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, it literally made my pregnancy miserable.
