Hey everyone, im not in my third trimester just yet as im 25 weeks. But next week at 26 weeks ill be going on a trip from Washington to Florida that is almost 3,000 miles to see my family. My father was just diagnosed with a rare heart disease that has no cure and has been in the hopital due to multiple heart attacks. I want to see him so badly and im bringing my 5 year old son who misses his grandpa tremendously. Ill be staying for a few weeks and will be in my 3rd trimester by the time we drive back home. I was wondering if anyone has driven long distances like this so late in pregnancy? Is this even safe? What are some things I can do to make sure im comfortable being in the car this long? Id love to hear experiences
