so i took an ovulation test strip and it came back positive as in it was as dark at the test line and i also had sex today like 3 times. so what are my chances of conceiving? i recently got off the nexplanon in january 15th and i had a period instantly the next day and it lasted 3 days. I also recently just had a cycle on february 6th and lasted 11th
