So I finally get an ob that will prescribe me Diclegis after needing it for 12 weeks straight and then come home and read more about it only to decide I’m not going to take it. Turns out it can make you test positive for methadone, barbiturates and pcp. No thanks! During my last pregnancy I was told to take an acid reducer which caused a false positive for meth and the dr office left it in my record as a positive even though they knew it was a false positive because they had it verified as false. Then with this pregnancy my new OB just assumes I was a past meth user and even called me one. So no I won’t be taking any of that! Not to mention you have to take it at night for it to work in the morning because it takes 5-7 hours to take effect.
